For Campers
Registration is now open! To complete your camper’s entire registration, you will need to:
1) Fill these forms out online:

Physician’s Release Form Electronic
Physician’s Release Form Print
2) Print this packet and return your signed
pages to info@camphilo.org
3) Pay Tuition
Once your forms are turned in and your camper has been accepted, we will email you to pay the remaining tuition ($100 non-refundable deposit is collected when registering)
For Volunteers
To complete the volunteer’s entire application,
you will need to:
1) Fill these forms out online:

Physician’s Release Form Electronic
Physician’s Release Form Print
Camp HiLo Background Check*
(*minors use PYS Authorization in Volunteer Packet below)
